What is required to shop MeyerSPA?

  • MeyerSPA supports day spas, estheticians, med spas, massage therapists, salons, resort spas, national chains and franchises. To shop and access professional pricing, you must create and log into a MeyerSPA account. Consumer purchases are not permitted.

I’m tax exempt. What do I need to do?

  • If you are tax exempt, please contact our accounting team at credit@boxouthealth.com to submit your tax-exempt documentation.

How do I manage my account or resolve billing issues?

  • Sign into My Account to update your account information or manage your settings.

How do I reset my password?

  • Click Sign In and select Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I add a credit card to my account?
